jota9 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jota9 ("jota9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally operated online betting and casino platform. By accessing the jota9 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by jota9, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jota9 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised agreement.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with jota9. jota9 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. By registering, you confirm that accessing the jota9 platform is not contrary to the laws applicable in your location.

2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual player may hold only one jota9 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different personal details, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jota9 may close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and forfeit any remaining balances without prior notice.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your jota9 account. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. However, jota9 is not liable for losses that occur prior to the receipt of a verified security complaint.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. jota9 offers OTP-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. jota9 will not be liable for losses that result from a player's failure to activate available security features.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your jota9 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. jota9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select other bank transfer options as listed on the platform's cashier page at the time of transaction. Available methods are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on jota9 is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. jota9 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time; the current minimum is always displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jota9 wallet instantly. In exceptional cases, processing delays of up to 30 minutes may occur. If a deposit is not credited within this window, players should contact support with the transaction reference number for investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. jota9 targets completion of all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. For fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. jota9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.6 No Cash-Out of Uninvested Deposits. Deposits made to jota9 that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to review before withdrawal. jota9 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where a deposit appears to have been made with no intent to participate in gaming activity.

4.7 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on jota9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jota9 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by jota9 for BDT transactions.

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers available on jota9 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes — are subject to individual promotion terms. Eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit amounts, minimum odds requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates are specified in each promotion's terms and must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds awarded to a jota9 account are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in its individual terms. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jota9 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk hedging bets specifically to complete wagering requirements; colluding with other players; using automated betting software; and any other practice designed to exploit or circumvent promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, jota9 may void the relevant bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the player's account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. jota9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and actively in progress at the time of the change, except where there is evidence of abuse.

6.1 Accepted Bets. A bet placed on jota9 is not accepted and confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message from the platform. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — due to technical issues, disconnection, or any other reason — are void and will not be settled.

6.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. jota9 strives to ensure accuracy in all displayed odds, game outcomes, and account transactions. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions — jota9 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances accordingly. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors will have their winnings voided and their accounts reviewed.

6.3 Game Integrity. All RNG-based games available on the jota9 platform use certified random number generation technology. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jota9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any aspect of the jota9 platform, including games, odds, and promotional systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity through the jota9 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Misusing the jota9 customer support service, including submitting false claims, abusive communications, or harassment of support agents.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

All content on the jota9 platform — including but not limited to the jota9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, data, and any other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of jota9 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jota9 intellectual property without prior written consent.

You may not frame, mirror, scrape, or otherwise incorporate any portion of the jota9 platform into any other website, application, or service without express written authorisation from jota9.

9.1 Platform Availability. jota9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical incidents, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. jota9 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but does not accept liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

9.2 Financial Losses from Gambling. Gambling involves risk. jota9 does not guarantee any outcome in respect of bets placed or games played on the platform. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit, and that jota9 bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform.

9.3 Third-Party Services. jota9 integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services. jota9 is not liable for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third-party providers, though we will work with them to resolve issues promptly.

9.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jota9's total cumulative liability to any single player — in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Right to Amend. jota9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jota9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — either by email to the registered account address or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of jota9 following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure. You may close your jota9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

10.3 jota9-Initiated Closure. jota9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where closure is necessary to protect the platform or other players.

11.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations applicable to jota9's operating jurisdiction. jota9 operates under international licensing frameworks and does not make representations regarding compliance with the domestic laws of any specific country.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jota9, you must first contact our customer support team and allow a reasonable period (no less than 14 calendar days) for jota9 to investigate and respond. jota9 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, jota9 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent arbitration process.

11.3 Language. These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience shall not be legally binding. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
